I have my line back to 'Olde' Robert
Self thanks to the help of another researcher, but no documented proof
of it except back to Oliver J H Self m. Delila Pippen Ingle. My
line then continues through their son William Christopher Self who
married Nancy Ghent. This line goes back through to Robert's son
John.
My ancestors settled in Virginia with
and occasional move to Tennessee and then to Pennsylvania. My
grandparents and uncles speak of them living in mining towns in
Virginia, but I am unable to prove where this would be.
Oliver is my current brick
road, he disappears after 1930 and before William moves to
PA. He is not buried in the same cemetery as William.
